How to Install Mod Menus GTA 5 Online PS3 No Jailbreak 1.28/1.26
So guys in this video I show you how to get GTA 5 ONLINE MOD MENUS on your PS3 without a JAILBREAK as of the latest patch of 1.28. To activate the mod manager you hold down L3 and R3 (The two joysticks) for 2-5 seconds and then you can enable all the mod menus you want by pressing (X) and then you open it by using the required command for example to activate "Apii Intense menu" you press (R1) and (SQAURE).
To make these mod menus work in online simply load into story mode first then load in to online.

FAQ: Q. Can I play with friends? A.no unfortunately not unless they have the mod menu too but you could login to their account and edit their rank and money if you wanted
Q. My game keeps freezing? Is there a bypass to this?
A. Try not use the Apii Menu in single player! - It can freeze the game and you will have to restart console. Use console trainer, its stable. Also, If your game freezes while installing the GTAV, Its because you havent downloaded the correct file (BLES/BLUS) - Look on the side or your GTA 5 case, on the spine, it'll have BLES or BLUS printed on it.
Q. Will this delete everything on my PS3?
A. No, only downloaded DLC, gamesaves and the GTA 5 Install! - Back up gamesaves to USB if you want to keep them!
*FIX to getting stuck in Online Tutorial race*
If you get frozen on tutorial race, here is a fix. When loading into online, open your mod loader and enable console trainer v1. Go to the camera menu and before your character goes into the race, quickly go into free camera. Then fly away from the race area and enable Slinky's recovery menu! From there, set a rank of your choise and use D-Pad to switch to a single player character. Once in SP, load into GTA Online once more and the tutorial race will bypass!
Q. If I give myself money and rank, then remove the menu's can I keep them?
A. Yes, If you add the features you want, then wait for the orange loading circle in the bottom right, so you know it has saved, then you are safe to remove the menu's and keep the upgrades!
Q. What menu should I use to get cash drop and or rank?
A. You should use K&K Dark Horse for money drops, and use Slinky's Recovery Menu for rank ups.
-Or even use White Ninja's menu for instant both money and rank options.
