Priyanka Chopra Approached for A Biopic On Astronaut Kalpana Chawla?

After wowing everyone with her portrayal of an underdog boxer in 'Mary Kom', the biopic on the life of Olympic medal-winning boxer MC Mary Kom, Priyanka seems to have been approached for another biopic.
Buzz has it that a leading production house is planning to make a film on the life of astronaut Kalpana Chawla, who became the first Indian woman to go in space and was honoured with the Congressional Space Medal of Honor by the United States of America. Though Priyanka remained unavailable for comment, a source from the production house confirmed that they had a discussion with Chopra and that the actress seemed quite interested in the project.
Priyanka will be next seen playing Kashibai in 'Bajirao Mastani' and an IPS officer in Prakash Jha's 'Jai Gangaajal'.
