Sparkly Blue Graphic Eyeliner

1. Outline with light liner beforehand. 2. Tape under and around eye to catch excess. 3. Using lash glue, dip the brush in glitter and apply to outline. 4. Remove tape and touch up glitter. 5. Finish with mascara!
