Police Examine Scene of Manhattan Truck Attack

Investigators cordoned off the scene of a truck ramming incident in lower Manhatten, which left at least eight dead and almost a dozen others injured on October 31.The suspect, shot by police at the scene, was out of surgery and under police guard at the time of publication, according to CNN.The Mayor of New York Bill de Blasio and the Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo said the incident was an “act of terror” during a press conference following the incident.
