A man has died in hospital following an alleged assault

A man has died after being found critically injured in a basement parking area in Sydney. Emergency services found an unresponsive man in a car park at Elizabeth Bay. CPR was performed but he was quickly taken to St Vincent's Hospital in a critical condition. Another man at the scene was taken into a police station. Police sources believe this was a domestic issue.
