Lockout orders in greater Darwin set to lift at midnight with just one new COVID case announced

Darwin will exit lockout from midnight tonight after four days. However, a mask mandate remains in place for greater Darwin and Katherine until 5pm on Friday. The NT government are happy with the community’s compliance with the COVID orders and say that the ability to contain the virus was not a fluke.
