Tasmanian Aboriginal people receive exclusive fishing license

Tasmania's Aboriginal people have been handed exclusive licences to fish for Abalone. The plan is part of the government's attempt to reset its relationship with communities. It's hoped it will deliver social benefits and help build an industry.
