Concerns GPs not receiving patient data from emergency departments

There's concerns crucial patient care information from some New South Wales hospital emergency departments is not being passed onto GPs. The lack of patient discharge summaries from some hospitals has been revealed in a survey of 22,000 ED patients conducted during the state’s Omicron covid wave.
