Steve Barclay responds as NHS waiting list reaches new record high of 7.68m people

Health Secretary Steve Barclay told BBC Breakfast that progress has been made in terms of two-year NHS waits while 18-month waits had been virtually eliminated.He says that "there has been pressure through the industrial action”.
