NRL player Keith Titmuss died after 'inappropriate' training session, coroner finds

A magistrate who oversaw an inquest into the death of a young NRL player has made a raft of recommendations to the league about the risks of heat-related illness. Keith Titmus collapsed during a training session in November 2020 and later died in hospital.
