Most people who come to Absolute Sanctuary have never had a colonic irrigation treatment before, so I'll take a moment now to explain how it works.
Colon Hydrotherapy is a process that cleanses the colon via the rectum. A series of warm, filtered water infusions are moved into the colon which dislodges impacted matter that is then released gently throughout the session.
