Nashville, TN Floods ... Natural Disaster or Not?

What if there's a deeper reason why the dams weren't open to let the water out of the city. Why did the major flooding take place during sleeping hours? They say the devil comes like a thief in the night. I don't care what anyone says, that didn't have to happen the city. Three days of rain doesn't affect Nashville like that when everything's working properly. Don't fall for the banana in the tailpipe. Also don't forget we still have the HAARP project taking place in Alaska. If you don't know what that is do your research on weather control. There's questions that need to be asked and answered.
