Dislocated neck missed on MRi and X-raY

This female dislocated her neck caused from a car accident. She complained of chronic headaches, dizziness, and a strange "clunking" sound when she moved her head and chin forward. Her X-rays and MRI tests did not reveale the extent of her injury. A Digital Motion X-ray did!
